Identify and secure high impact collaborations with third parties that enhance customer value and strengthen Trading212’s competitive edge.
Own and resolve complex problems end-to-end, taking full accountability for outcomes and ensuring lasting solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships, both internally and externally, to continuously improve our products and services.
Design, build, and optimise scalable processes that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enable high-velocity execution.
Ideate and collaborate with product teams, contributing insights and perspectives that push beyond the status quo.
Gather, organise, and analyse data to drive decisions that have measurable business and customer impact.
Track and analyse competitive positioning and product performance globally, surfacing insights that inform strategy and execution.
Manage critical operational processes and vendor relationships, ensuring excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement
Experience in a fast paced environment (Tech or Banking)
Ability to extract and analyse data using SQL
Proven track record of working with tech and design teams to deliver products end-to-end
Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with third-party providers
Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team
