Job Description:

This role sits at the heart of our Strategy & Operations team, supporting initiatives that enable our organization to drive results. While you won't be leading initiatives solo, you’ll be owning the execution of critical workstreams, helping ensure our programs are rolled out thoughtfully, efficiently, and with impact.
What will be your key responsibilities?
You will be owning the execution of critical workstreams, helping ensure our programs are rolled out thoughtfully, efficiently, and with impact.
You will bring order to ambiguity, drive progress, and connect the dots across teams will be key to keeping our most important people and business initiatives moving forward.
You will execute core components of programs/strategy related to organizational functionality (e.g. Larger strategic organizational initiatives).
You will support execution of company-wide initiatives like OKR planning, cross-functional projects, and operational reviews.
You will lead the deployment process to launch new projects and track key decisions points, issues, risk management and actions.
You will facilitate projects execution by ensuring good pace and connection, setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed.
What are we looking for?
Experience in operations, project execution, people/HR programs, or business support roles.
Extensive experience of project management and proven ability to manage execution of key work-streams, even if not leading the overall project.
Experience in business leadership and business transformation.
