Strategy Operations Manager

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Blacklane + to implement and refine the Blacklane + strategy 
• Define and own initiatives with cross-functional working teams from inception to completion.
• Actively support work-stream leads in identifying solutions to roadblocks and manage dependencies.  
• Identify and develop partnerships with external stakeholders where required. 
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects to senior leadership.

 ABOUT YOU:

• You have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, project management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to consolidate and visualize information to different stakeholder levels 
• Proactivity: you do not wait for your next tasks.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment.
• A good understanding of the premium ground transportation or ride-hailing industry is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft office suite and experience in using Jira, Confluence
