We are seeking an exceptional "builder-strategist" to join N26 as the Business Segment Lead for Intelligent Ops Platforms (IOP). This high-impact opportunity is designed for a leader who can navigate complex technical landscapes to deliver measurable efficiency and scale.
- Do you have experience with integrating GenAI/LLMs and automation to define an AI-first operating model and drive measurable efficiency?
- Do you thrive on complex data analysis defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing compelling business cases to justify strategy investments?

- Strategy & AI Acceleration: Define and execute the IOP vision with Product & Tech, integrating GenAI/LLMs into operations to drive efficiency.
- Platform Governance & Strategy: Lead the prioritization and business case development for our internal Ops Platform ecosystem, ensuring technology investments align with N26’s goals. Establish and run governance structures for timely roadmap decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ops to accelerate automated workflow delivery. Support translating strategy into high-impact initiatives with clear goals, ownership, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery.
- Operational Excellence & Performance Tracking: Design, optimize, and build scalable process frameworks and KPIs. Define the right metrics, using data for insights and recommendations to track progress, manage risks, and connect Ops platform strategy to efficiency and scale outcomes.
- High-Stakes Problem Solving: Tackle the company’s most complex operational bottlenecks, using real-time data to pivot strategy. Own select complex platform projects end-to-end, combining analytical, financial, and business perspectives for transformative operational impact.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a sparring partner to Ops, Product, and Tech leaders supporting prioritization, trade-offs, and execution challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier Strategy or Tech Consulting, investment bank/PE, FinTech or fast-growing technology company;
- Deep Tech-Strategy Fluency: Proven track record in managing large-scale Digital Transformation or Platform Strategy projects. You have experience with AI, automation, Cloud, and APIs drive business value.
- Hyper-Analytical Mindset: You possess a STEM or highly quantitative degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You don’t just look at data; you use it to tell a story and force decisions through the use of SQL and Python.
- Stakeholder Mastery: Experience influencing C-level executives and technical leads alike. You can translate complex technical debt into business risk and opportunity.
- Executive Communication: Comfortable translating complex analyses into concise, top-down narratives for senior leadership, both in writing/presentations and in discussion.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have likely built something from scratch—whether a startup, a new business unit, or a transformative internal platform.
