We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategy and Operations Lead who thrives at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and social impact.
What you’ll be doing:
In this influential role, you’ll work closely with the Group Executive – Social and Community Impact and play a central role in delivering RAC’s social impact vision. You’ll provide strategic advice, manage complex projects, and ensure the effective coordination and delivery of business plans and governance reporting across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination of divisional strategy and business plans.
Drive reporting and insights to inform Council, Board, and governance committees.
Work with our marketing teams to support communications and marketing activity across the group and externally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community, business, and government stakeholders.
Manage cross-divisional projects that advance RAC’s mission.
Contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives that support a better WA.
About you:
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for community impact. You’re highly organised, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Impact, Business, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience managing diverse portfolios, governance requirements, and senior stakeholders.
A track record of delivering large, multi-faceted projects with measurable results.
Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build alignment and inspire others.
