Your mission:
Become part of our S&OP+ team (Strategy Deployment & Operations Planning plus) and support us in project management, business cycle organization, and demand planning. Together with the team, you will accompany decision-making processes around projects in the gum and chocolate world and support various strategic processes from product idea to launch. You will help us evaluate and track the risks and opportunities for business, and you will learn about the comprehensive forecasting process of our entire product portfolio. Gain valuable experience by taking responsibility for your own tasks and gaining valuable insights into the operations of one of the world's most successful FMCG companies.
A Day in Your Internship:
Every day will be different; monotony is out of place here! These are your main tasks:
You are an important part of our strategic S&OP+ (Strategy Deployment & Operations Planning plus) process and actively help ensure that critical milestones are reached in project implementation.
You keep track of the project pipeline and individual specific projects. You actively contribute by promoting constant cross-functional exchange with relevant departments and supporting the distribution of relevant information.
You participate in important forums and accompany important decisions at the management level as well as significantly contribute to the administration of the meeting.
You support Local Activity Managers in Master Data management in a timely and complete manner and in planning and executing co-pack activities.
Your Profile:
You are in the 2nd or 3rd year of your studies, ideally with a business background
You enjoy analytical and structured thinking
You fluently speak German and English
You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
You are of a very independent, open and proactive nature
You are communicative and you are into actively contributing to the corporate culture
Having already gained experience in project management at university or during an internship would be an advantage
