As Strategy Intern you’ll work side-by-side with our Strategy Lead and our CEO on executing and refining our Product & GTM Strategy, support in scoping the next 10x product case and help us scale effectively. You can expect a steep learning curve, direct ownership, and work that is visible across the entire company.
Your tasksBuild the future: In the Strategy Team, we take strategic initiatives from zero to one as part of our mission to help industrial companies stay stronger. We manage projects end-to-end and collaboratively work with all departments across Tacto, therefore you can expect:
Be the Builder – Assume responsibility on high-impact end-to-end strategic projects (zero-to-one from thesis building to operation)
Refine our GTM strategy – Analyze early traction data, define hypotheses, and test cases to scale the motion
Conduct (market) analysis to support crucial management decisions
Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades
First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or business development
You have a natural curiosity and are eager to dive deep into our processes and understand the complexities of our work and our customers
You are excited about AI and ideally have built something yourself
You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English
