We believe every American household deserves access to counsel in life’s biggest moments. At Finch, we’re building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible. Our modern approach to consumer law automates the admin work and puts clients first, starting with personal injury.
Since launching in April, we’ve grown 10x and are now powering pre-litigation for top law firms across the country. We combine expert operators with purpose-built AI to handle intake, claim opening, medical records, police reports, lien management, demands, and everything in between.
We’re backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and the founders & CEOs of generational companies like DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits. We’re rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles, and we’re hiring exceptional operators to help us scale it nationwide.
This Role
Demand letters are one of the most important outputs we produce for our law firm partners, capturing the value of a client’s case and setting the stage for resolution. We’re looking for a sharp operator to help Finch deliver best-in-class demands at scale.
You’ll blend operational excellence with product thinking, designing systems to ensure every demand is comprehensive, personalized, and delivered with speed and accuracy. You’ll work across Legal Ops, Product, and Engineering to automate repetitive work while protecting the quality and trust that attorneys expect.
You Will:Build and refine playbooks to ensure demands capture every relevant treatment, diagnosis, and fact that strengthens a case
Maintain a 0% hallucination rate by designing safeguards and review processes that keep AI outputs trustworthy
Ensure demands are personalized to each firm’s strategy, reflecting how they plan to present the case in litigation or settlement
Identify and implement automation opportunities that speed up demand creation without sacrificing quality
Partner with product to influence the roadmap for demand tools and workflows
Track and improve throughput and quality metrics to scale demand generation significantly in the next 12 months
Collaborate daily with operations, design, and engineering to iterate quickly and solve high-leverage problems
S&O at Finch is the tip of the spear: we identify the most important problems and opportunities for growth, and solve them fast. We own playbooks, workflows, and experiments that move the business forward. You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal Ops, Product & Engineering, and Growth to deliver 10x improvements for our attorney partners, their clients, and our internal teams. We value velocity, grit, ownership, and — above all — optimism.
