Topaz Labs is a full-stack AI company that develops, trains, and deploys generative AI models for image and video enhancement. We’re the best in the world at improving image and video quality, and produce several award-winning desktop products that millions of people rely on.

About the role

You will work directly with the CEO, our product and engineering, marketing, and sales teams to identify and execute on the highest-impact initiatives of a $45M revenue tech company. Some examples of projects you'll work on:

Growth and sales strategy

Dig into customer data to help our sales function gain traction, doing research on potential customers, and helping to build our top of funnel.

Data and analytics

Find, curate, and derive insights from customer usage data, traffic, ads, and other pertinent data to guide our marketing and product teams make decisions that ultimately solve problems for our users. Partner with Product to conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

External Relations

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the media, enterprise partners, and customers.

Strategic planning & execution

Plan and drive critical projects and initiatives. Prepare and manage executive communications, including presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.

About you

• 1+ years of technology product management, data analytics, or programming experience
• Good SQL skills
• Extreme work ethic
• Demonstrated success driving difficult results with little oversight
• Organized and methodical, thrives in ambiguity and complexity
• Great writing skills and visual design taste
• Able to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts
• Highly preferred: experience in filmmaking or creative industries

We offer strong base salary plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. We also offer 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees, 15 days annual PTO, 5 personal days plus holidays, and 401k matching. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
