Meraki Labs is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Bangalore team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on solving ambiguous business problems, building operational rigor, and driving execution across the company. You'll work closely with leadership to shape strategic priorities and translate them into operational outcomes.
What You'll DoPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and drive key strategic initiatives across the business.
Own and improve core business operations — processes, systems, and reporting — to help the company scale efficiently.
Analyze business performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Design and run structured processes for planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking (e.g., OKRs, quarterly reviews).
Lead special projects end-to-end — from problem framing and analysis to implementation and follow-through.
Build dashboards, models, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Act as a thought partner to founders/leadership on business-critical decisions, market opportunities, and growth levers.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements across departments.
5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar high-rigor, high-ownership environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution.
Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
A bias for execution: someone who can move from strategy to action without needing constant hand-holding.
Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, and comfort working with data (SQL or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus, not required).
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory.
Work directly with founders and leadership on decisions that shape the company's trajectory.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (this is an in-office role; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore)
