We are looking for a talented Strategy Manager (reporting to our Chief of Staff & CEO) to join us to help deliver efficient practice and strategies that ensure efficient NPD to support our product and engineering functions. You will be accountable for ensuring that the business is equipped with the right tools and frameworks to achieve its core objectives as part of our Corporate Development & Strategy function.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with the Chief of Staff and CEO to deliver company-wide initiatives
- Development initiatives and projects (internationally and domestically)
- Work with the business and external sources to identify strategic opportunities for further development.
- Contribute to structurally building capabilities in the Corporate Dev and Strategy team as well as the wider business.
- Identify and proactively solve problems (strategic, technical, and operational) with a mindset of continuous optimization
What you’ll need
- Experience designing and implementing complex technical projects
- At least 2 years of project management experience running a team on strategy analysis focused projects
- Systems thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills & collaborative team player with relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain the high levels of confidentiality in all aspects of work and be trusted
- Curiosity and passion for AI and data
- Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Engineering
