Job DescriptionThe role will support the Head of Acceptance Solutions Strategy who reports to the SVP / GM of the business unit globally. Core responsibilities include research, commercial analysis, long-term planning, and strategic partner management. Time spent on these areas will shift based on business needs. The Senior Manager will own workstreams as part of key strategic initiatives (e.g., P&L growth plans, commercial / GTM pivots, long-range planning) and ensure Acceptance Solutions leadership is equipped with the data and insights to meet corporate objectives.
Strong candidates are versatile team-players who learn fast, have high EQ and IQ, and carry a demonstrated record of driving workstreams through to successful outcomes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- Time spent in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry preferred
- Ability to lead and manage complex workstreams or small projects independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated quantitative rigor
- Attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyse financial and operational data
- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities at both senior and junior levels
- Strong executive communication skills i.e., written and oral communication
- Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
