Looking for an opportunity to showcase your strategy & analytics skills while working with and supporting one of the most amazing teams within Chase, the Amazon Cobrand team?
As a Strategy Manager Vice President within the Chase Amazon Cobrand Team, you will be responsible for driving analytics projects that are core to the strategic direction of our portfolio and supporting Marketing, Capabilities, Risk, and CX/Servicing leads with their top priorities. Your role will include gathering, synthesizing, analyzing, and presenting data & insights to the Amazon Cobrand GM to support key business decisions, as well as owning the content and delivery of presentations that go to key senior leadership forums. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams in the Amazon Cobrand Organization, cross-functionally across the Card Business and Chase, as well as externally with our Amazon partners. We are seeking a proactive self-starter who can independently engage with stakeholders, and who possesses exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. This includes the capacity to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior leaders.
Job responsibilities
- Independently drive analytics projects that inform & enable our strategic direction, driving growth and profitability for the Amazon Cobrand portfolio
- Own the end-to-end content creation and delivery of senior leadership-level presentations to both internal Chase & Amazon-specific forums
- Effectively manage the intake and prioritization of ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from the broader Amazon Cobrand Organization
- Collaborate effectively across internal finance, data & analytics, marketing, product / capabilities, and risk teams to ensure timely delivery of data & projects to the Amazon Cobrand GM & our Amazon partners
- Simultaneously work on several projects that can vary in length measured in weeks to months
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of finance, analytics, or accounting in the financial services sector
- Highly adaptable with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel Skills, including strong storytelling ability in PowerPoint
- Flexibility to travel to both Chase and Amazon partner sites
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment requiring flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, high priority projects concurrently
- Work independently to drive project deliverables, build relationships, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Be results-oriented and intellectually curious with attention to detail and bias towards action
- Be able to compile large amounts of information and communicate research / insights to senior leadership in multiple formats
- Credit Card or Payments background preferred
