The Strategy Manager will support the development of the strategic intent and vision of the organization for Enterprise business. Support Acquiring business leads in developing and executing strategic plan to achieve the Revenue for 2026-2027 & create steady revenue streams for forthcoming years. Will provide effective management information and competitive / market insights to assist in driving the Enterprise Acquiring business line and support Board reporting requirements. This is a key role in the Acquiring business, helping to shape the future direction of the business by supporting Senior Management / Stakeholders in making key strategic decisions for the future.

•    Support the development of the Acquiring Strategy by continuously assessing the market / client (Merchant Community) needs and 
•    Support creativity, change, business growth & stability in the Enterprise & Govt Business
•    Stay up-to-date on the latest competitor offering and emerging market trends across Payments Industry & Merchant Services to identify focus markets/segments
•    Envision new income streams deploying the existing strengths of the organization & plan the execution of the same through relevant stakeholder engagement & buy-in of the Finance BP.
•    Prepare appropriate Business (not compliance) responses to regulators and schemes.
•    Generation of Strategy Papers for alignment with Schemes / UAE Banking Federation keeping in mind the long-term strategic benefits to the Enterprise business in specific & UAE Payment Industry in general
•    Track the new Value-Added Services and Products against the launch business plan & objective
•    Work with Product to develop a roadmap and deliver a winning client proposition
•    Be the key planner, analyzer and risk leader in the development of functional strategies and  ensure they remain aligned to overall business strategy
•    Periodically review current strategy and goals to identify its potential strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
•    Take unique initiatives that help provide alternative solutions to the existing problems. 
•    Identify gaps in the business and advice on the corrective actions necessary
•    Support the communication and implementation of strategies and business plans
•    Support the development of high-quality business plans and business cases
•    Support the Identification of and execution of acquisitions, JV’s and alliances
•    Help to monitor and deliver agreed ROI and benefits
•    Deliver strategic planning material and research based analytical outputs
•    Develop approach and supporting documentation for strategic clients / propositions, or opportunities
•    Identify and provide analysis on threats and opportunities that can positively, or negatively impact the strategic plan
•    Ensure feedback from EXCO and Board meetings is captured within the Enterprise strategy plan
•    Review, track and report progress against the strategic plan at a minimum of Quarterly intervals
•    Own and manage delivery of a quarterly performance and market intelligence report
•    Coordinate and deliver monthly operational review report aligned to the business plan and strategy
•    Obtain and validate necessary performance data to ensure accuracy of reporting and to assist Enterprise leadership team in its decision making
•    Manage the process to develop strategic documents to support Organization’s needs
•    Provide necessary Enterprise inputs, within agreed timelines, to support periodic stock market requirements. Updates to include quarterly guidance and annual report
