  • Researching and summarizing emerging trends and foresight signals to inform strategic priorities and planning discussions.

  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify insights, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing strategic projects and initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university or college program in a relevant discipline, such as business, economics, finance, or computer science.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and support decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency with GenAI and Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and comfort conducting market research.

  • The ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights and connect the dots across different initiatives.

  • Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while adapting to ambiguity.

  • Some exposure to consulting, strategy, or business operations through coursework, projects, or internships.

  • An interest in building relationships and contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the organization’s future direction.

What We’re Offering:

The hourly pay range for this position is $23 to $25, and the internship term runs from July to December 2026. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge. An internship opportunity at Interac also features:
