Key responsibilities:
Develops and refines the skill sets foundational to the brand strategy discipline; data discovery, consumer research, cultural analysis, brand strategy, brief writing, development of creative work and the evaluation of its effectiveness
Shows the ability to consistently execute in the analysis, conception and execution of projects designed to deliver insights about the brand and the target
Serves as a source of data and analysis on brand and consumer issues
Develops collaborative relationships within the agency and partners
Shows initiative and tenacity in attacking assignments
Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
