As a Strategy & Innovation Analyst, you’ll support with all aspects of strategy and innovation delivery activities within the function. You’ll support the Delivery Manager in facilitating the planning, organising, and delivery of projects individually or through project teams.
Additionally, you’ll:
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to maximise the customer experience, while managing costs
- Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in understanding the business problems and opportunities, and map out business processes and produce operating models
- Help coordinate the execution of innovation activities, from idea generation to implementation
- Work closely with stakeholders across functions to align on goals and maintain momentum
To thrive in this role, you’ll need some experience or exposure to project delivery, ideally in a digital, data, or innovation-focused environment. You’ll also demonstrate interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and digital innovation. It’ll be ideal if you have familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban and similar.
We’ll expect you to have:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
