Key responsibilities
• Identify corporate-level growth opportunities and devise strategies to capture opportunities to extract critical insights for business growth by conducting rigorous analysis on China healthcare market & policy trends
• Formulate strategies to capitalize on key opportunities / address emerging challenges
• Pioneer innovation strategies to sustain our leadership at the forefront of the industry
• PMO: Govern portfolio of corporate initiatives and manage PMO process
• Project planning/approach: spearhead project implementation planning and advise problem-solving approach for both strategic and operational initiatives
• Ensure project success by managing end-to-end projects execution process
• Enable charter of corporate initiatives and employee-initiated projects • Lead project planning and advise on approach
▪ Govern projects progress tracking and milestones review
• Initiate and lead innovative projects in terms of Business solutions, traditional & emerging technology-enabled
• Build up and strengthen strategic collaboration with external partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from top-ranked university
• 8+ years’ work experience with solid background in customer service business operation and strategy
• Corporate experience in strategic planning, business development or strategic marketing
• Strong business acumen in managing commercial operations and driving business growth
• Excellent communication (Chinese and English) and influence skills across business units and function departments
• Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
