Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Strategy & Execution Manager to drive our expansion and transformation in our headquarters in Stuttgart. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, Founders Associate, and various teams to independently plan and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation. You will support process optimization, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to steer strategic initiatives. Your Responsibilities:Strategy and Execution:
Independently planning and managing projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
Supporting various teams with core tasks and process optimization to increase efficiency.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, as well as preparing relevant reports and presentations.
