Role Overview: As an AI Strategy Consultant at Accenture, you will work with senior client stakeholders to shape and implement AI-driven business strategies that drive transformation. You will work on high-impact projects that leverage cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to solve business problems, enhance operational efficiency, and support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients in various industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Government) to design and implement AI strategies tailored to their specific business needs.

• Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to leverage AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, Gen AI, natural language processing, data analytics) to enhance their products, services, and business models.

• Lead AI-related workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions to educate clients on the impact and potential of AI technologies.

• Analyze business processes, assess AI opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.

• Develop AI roadmaps for clients, defining key milestones, resources, and timelines for successful AI adoption.

• Support clients in building and scaling AI capabilities within their organization, including talent development, data governance, and ethical AI considerations.

• Collaborate with Accenture’s AI teams and other consulting experts to deliver end-to-end solutions, from ideation to execution.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure clients receive innovative and future-ready solutions.

• Manage client relationships and drive the successful execution of AI strategy projects.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree/MBA

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI strategy consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.

• Create AI and Gen AI strategy & drive AI adoption and transformation

• Define AI roadmaps, identify high-impact use cases, and aligning AI initiatives with business goals.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their business applications.

• Proven experience in financial modeling, business case development, and strategy formulation for AI adoption.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.

• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical audiences.

• Experience in working in or with industries such as Financial Services, Energy, Telecom, or Government.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering AI projects successfully.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with AI platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Microsoft Azure AI).

• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and ethical frameworks.
