Business Strategy and its responsibilities

As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to grow in challenging and innovating projects with colleagues from cross-functional backgrounds, develop new skills and progress in your international professional career

As an example, a Strategy Consultant could be working on one or several of the following:

• Driving marketing performance
  • Track marketing performance
  • Define and frame initiatives to continuously improve our marketing: lead the process, define an implementation plan and track results
  • Innovate in our marketing acquisition funnel
  • Support the launch of new products
• Transforming marketing operations
• Pushing for data driven and educated decision making
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decisions
  • Communicate and educate to provide stakeholders resources to make informed decisions

The role will be a great fit for someone who has:

• 1/2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a company's strategy area
• Strong analytical skills (background in leading consulting firms)
• Efficient problem-solving skills
• Impact-oriented with a focus on sales boost
• Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting
• Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture
• Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with occasional global travel expected.
