As a Strategy & Communications Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting Sanofi’s digital transformation journey. This position focuses on enhancing internal communication, stakeholder engagement, and supporting strategic and governance initiatives within Sanofi. You will be based in Budapest and collaborate with local and global teams to help deliver impactful digital initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate engagement with diverse internal stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of AI.
• Enhance communication by creating, curating, and distributing content through Sanofi’s internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, digital platforms, etc.).
• Support the development, documentation, and communication of strategies and roadmaps.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops, presentations, and internal events to promote digital initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
• Contribute to the preparation of strategic documents, reports, and briefing materials for key meetings and governance forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and project delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback to measure the impact of communication and engagement efforts.
• Support the Strategy & Governance pillar in tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely execution of the projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation and internal communications.

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Min. 20 -hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, matrix environment.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, intranet solutions) is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform communication strategies.
• Strong interest in AI, digital innovation, strategy, and internal communications.

Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial.
