How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a Strategy & Business Operations Manager at Superorder, you'll identify and scope internal projects, navigate ambiguity, collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders across the business, and manage timelines and delivery.
Analyze and visualize data using SQL and other tools to identify trends and build dashboards for operations.
Document current state processes and design onboarding workflows for new products; specify and build internal tooling and task management processes.
Be a utility player to provide firepower to solve any problem across the business: ask questions, be resourceful, learn quickly, and bring a can-do attitude.
2-3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or consulting. This role requires first-hand execution as well as project and stakeholder management skills.
2+ years of experience with quantitative data analysis and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Acute awareness of the fast-paced and hands-on work environment present in early stage startups that are constantly evolving and changing.
Preparedness to adapt to new situations and take on a multitude of tasks while maintaining deadlines, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and across different levels of an organization.
