The Corporate Strategy team
The team are responsible for strategically envisioning, defining and supporting the delivery of our long-term vision via owning both revisions to that vision and setting the playbook to deliver success on an annual basis. Ultimately there are three buckets of responsibility:
- Assessing & optimising business performance vs our long-term plan (i.e creating alignment across our corporate, commercial, product and operational strategies)
- Identifying growth opportunities for delivery (i.e exploring product proposition expansion, in FY24 we’ve expanded our offering via M&A to introduce the ability to payout, alongside our existing collect capabilities)
- Analysing market trends leading to action (i.e industry head & tailwinds, alongside competitor analysis and benchmarking)
This involves a combination of an always-on approach and project-based work from conception, and at times through to delivery.
