Position: Strategy & Business Development Coordinator

Role Overview
PATH is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for public health and development to join the Strategy and Business Development team as a Coordinator. This role will operate in a dynamic and evolving environment, providing day-to-day support to PATH India's growing portfolio of impactful work under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and coordination skills to support initiatives that advance health equity across PATH's program verticals, including Family Health, Digital Health & Technology Innovation & Systems, Infectious Diseases, and Vaccines & Innovation Access.
Key Responsibilities
•Support the Strategy and Business Development team and vertical program teams with day-to-day tasks related to organizational strategic initiatives and growth planning.
•Assist in developing PATH's public health portfolio by helping compile inputs for concept notes, proposals, donor pitches, presentations, and program strategy documents, under guidance.
•Help track and monitor active funding opportunities from Indian and global donors, and support in sharing relevant updates with program teams.
•Support primary and secondary research and landscaping assessments to inform the conceptualization and design of program interventions.
•Assist in compiling and organizing program data to support insight generation for strategy and program improvement.
•Support the internship program through outreach, scheduling, and coordination with team members.
•Provide coordination support for internal project management processes and liaison with external stakeholders.
•Help prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal teams, donors, and partners.
•Support preparation for meetings and engagements, including background research on participants and organizations.
•Assist in building and maintaining working relationships with project partners, stakeholders, and donors.
•Participate in field visits, training roll-outs, and other program-related activities as needed.
•Undertake other tasks as required to support the Strategy and Business Development team.
Required Skills & Experience
•0 to 1 year of experience in consulting, program support, business development, coordination, or field implementation.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for basic data analysis.
•Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or design tools like Canva is a plus.
•Structured and logical approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and supervision.
•Team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
•Experience or interest in working with government institutions, corporates, healthcare providers, or NGOs is desirable.
•Collaborative and field-oriented approach, with attention to detail.
Skills Required
- 0 to 1 year of experience in consulting, program support, business development, coordination, or field implementation
