The Strategy and Business Development Analyst supports strategic planning, market analysis, and business development efforts across Franciscan Health Central Indiana, working directly with the Strategy and Business Development team, and in collaboration with other functions within the organization (such as finance, data analytics, operations, etc.). The role combines market research and analytics, internal analysis / business case development, service line, and partnership support to drive initiatives to advance strategies to strengthen market position, enhance patient access, and support overall sustainability of Franciscan Health.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Assist in the developing market assessments and business cases for new service lines, current service line expansion / contraction, partnerships, and geographic expansion with the market
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports summarizing finding, recommendations, and other outputs
- Support the development of monthly dashboards, reporting packages, and other strategy updates and status reports
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and qualifying new growth initiatives across service lines and partnerships to increase revenue and market share
- Conduct business development analyses and prepare business cases, in collaboration with Strategy and Business Development leadership, for internal and external stakeholder-Support process development and project management efforts
- Provide support to Business Development Manager for outreach and community-based initiatives.
- Leverage your knowledge and experience in healthcare research and insights related to emerging healthcare trends (national, state, and local), market activities, market disruptors, new/emerging market opportunities, and other information pertaining to the advancement of strategy and business development activities for Franciscan Health.
- Required Bachelor's Degree Accounting Finance or Business Administration
- Required Bachelor's Degree Health Care, Business Administration or related.
- Preferred Master's Degree Health Services Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration
- 2 years Progressive experiences in healthcare, strategy planning, business development, healthcare consulting or related field Required
- 2 years Experience in healthcare, hospital, health system, physician/medical group, or healthcare consulting environments Preferred
- 2 years Proficiency in data analyses and visualization tools Required
