In this role, you will be responsible for helping to drive key strategic decisions in what could become a $1T+ opportunity for personal mobility. You will assist in structuring solutions to complex problems, gather data, perform deep data-driven analytics, generate insights, and help build cross-functional consensus to enable focused execution.
In this role, you will:
- Lead data gathering from disparate sources to support informed strategy-related decision-making
- Research, synthesize and assist in communicating key business issues to leadership
- Aid in the development of deep perspectives on the AV competitive landscape and facilitate providing those updates to a diverse audience
- Support the development of business perspectives that inform product and engineering decisions
- Enable the evaluation of business development opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions
- Improve financial/operational models for revenue, unit economics, and city operations projections
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, consulting, investing, or M&A
- Highly analytical, with proven ability to gather data then synthesize, analyze and develop recommendations from the data
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
- Excellent problem solving, writing, and communication skills
- Intellectually curious with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
Bonus Qualifications
- Past project or professional experience in the AV/mobility/transportation space
- Proficiency with advanced analytics tools (e.g. SQL / Python / R)
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $178,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
