- Work in collaboration with cross functional departments from project planning up to execution.
- Help to maintain the timeline and deliverables with the quality and optimum speed.
- Coordinate with Head of Onboarding and the team to identify areas that need improvements from the ground experience and create the proposals for improvements.
- Create proposals based on data for improvements related to changes of credit policy.
- Coordinate with internal onboarding team to execute the improvements and changes.
- Monitor the progress of improvements and report any bottlenecks.
- Help AVP Onboarding to handle requests from management.
- Prepare the reports, analysis, and presentations to support decision making.
- Help to conduct the research if needed.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience as strategic specialist from financial services / well known startup/ fintech companies or advisory/ audit associate from big 4 consulting — experience in the used car industry or dealer financing is highly valued.
- Any disciplines are welcome.
- Ability to prepare presentations using powerpoint.
- Have a good analytical thinking and attention to details.
- Able to work in very fast pace working environment.
- Have a good communication skills and fluent in English.
