Are you passionate about strategy, stakeholder management, and shaping the future direction of a fast-growing company? foodora Sweden is seeking a Strategy and Planning Manager to lead our Strategy and Planning team and to drive our most important strategic initiatives. Your mission

We are looking for a candidate like you, someone with combined experience of strategy and leadership who is ready to take charge of the team for a year. In this role, you will lead our most important strategic initiatives and be a centerpiece in ensuring that the company succeeds with its high set ambitions for 2025 and onward. Your relationship-building and communication skills will be key as you navigate this dynamic role in a large organization of both local and regional stakeholders.

• Lead our Strategy and Planning team for one year
• Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to support strategy development and execution
• Drive strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization, with a focus on scalability and growth
• Provide the management team with the insights and support needed to deliver on strategic priorities
• Lead structured planning processes, collecting input from stakeholders and synthesizing recommendations
• Ensure alignment on strategic projects across departments, working closely with both regional and local teams within all fields

As a candidate for the Strategy and Planning Manager role, you bring a blend of business-minded thinking and analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that support our growth objectives. Your structured approach to problem-solving helps you prioritize initiatives and keep focus in complex situations. Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy and planning, or a similar role, in a large, international and complex organization
• Proven leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence senior management
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with experience in collaborating across teams with different backgrounds and specialties
• Structured and detail-oriented approach, with excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
• University degree in business, economics, or a related field
• Experience in supporting high-growth environments is a plus
