What you'll be doing:
- Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization and strategic planning
- Analyze performance of key B2C marketing channels and campaigns including website/landing pages, email, direct mail and webinars to monitor trends and identify conversion opportunities.
- Inform enrollment testing strategy to improve enrollment conversion rate across channels and measure performance of tests to identify areas of improvement and iterate.
- Report weekly on Key Performance Indicators for marketing campaigns, channels and Client performance.
- Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with internal Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and Data
What you need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting or marketing analytics in a high growth tech company
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent English (spoken and written) and willingness to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US, starting at 10:00 am Portugal Time
- Deep expertise in analytical tools including Looker and Google sheets. Mixpanel experience a huge plus.
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively and accurately and a positive, can do attitude
- Highly motivated to learn new platforms and technologies to carry out dynamic marketing programs
- Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
