About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Strategy & Operations, Workforce Manager to lead capacity planning across all our clinics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing staffing models that strategically align resource allocation with business priorities, ensuring clinicians are positioned to meet patient and operational needs effectively. You will build strong relationships with clinicians by fostering open feedback and collaboration, creating an environment that supports both engagement and productivity.

With a focus on long-term success, you will implement scalable strategies and flexible staffing solutions that enable organizational growth and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare landscape. This role also involves close collaboration with leaders across Clinical Operations and Medical Services, ensuring a unified approach to delivering high-quality care and operational excellence.

The role is based in the New York City area with an in office experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Capacity Planning: Lead capacity planning across all clinics by developing staffing models that align resource allocation with business priorities, ensuring clinicians are available at the right time to meet patient and operational needs.
  • Clinician Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clinicians by creating opportunities for open feedback and meaningful collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze workforce metrics and utilize predictive analytics to optimize staffing levels, enhance efficiency, and recommend actionable process improvements.
  • Future-Proofing: Implement scalable strategies and flexible staffing solutions that position the organization for growth, adaptability, and long-term success

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm 
  • Bonus for experience in Healthcare / Digital Health and/ or startup operations 
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively across diverse audiences, both in writing and in person.
  • Laser-focused on defining success metrics and driving initiatives toward successful outcomes, with a relentless commitment to excellence
  • Proven ability to approach challenges with a methodical, structured problem-solving mindset and execute strategies that turn vision into tangible business results
  • Strong analytical skills, with mastery of Excel and proven experience with modeling / analysis
  • Enthusiastic about expanding healthcare accessibility

Compensation:

$120,000$140,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
