Our Analyst position is an entry level opportunity for a grad superstar into the world of internal strategy and will provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow in the areas of strategic thinking, problem solving, financial analysis, business benchmarking and project delivery.
You will be well supported by a curious and driven team, who love a learning environment and are focused on coaching you to become the best of the best in what you do.
Our team works across both North and South Island Co-operatives so there’s no shortage of interesting and challenging work! You will have the chance to be involved in some truly exciting, big-picture projects that make a difference at a national level.

Whether you're a recent graduate or in the early stages of your career, you'll bring plenty of energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You'll be a strong analytical thinker with excellent planning and communication skills, and you'll enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
