  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (research/consultancy experience favourable).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience conducting primary and secondary research, synthesising findings into practical insights and implications.
  • Strong capability in data analysis, market/competitor insight, and building clear reporting outputs.
  • Confidence supporting the development of slides/briefings - writing clearly, structuring key messages, and working with templates and feedback.
  • Experience in the heavy/automotive sector is favourable (not essential).
Why Group Strategy

If you’re looking for breadth, visibility and genuinely interesting work, this is a standout opportunity:

  • Enterprise-wide exposure: contribute to work across Group strategy and divisional priorities (Industrial, Motors, UMW).
  • Varied, high-impact work: support diverse strategic questions - market, competitor, macro trends and investment-relevant analysis.

  • Join a high-performing team known for high standards, strong thinking and trusted partnerships across the organisation.
