About The Role
This is an opportunity to learn about all parts of the growing Mochi Health business. The strategy team is focused on high-impact strategic projects and analysis. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify, structure, and act on the most challenging strategic and operational questions impacting our business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our competitive positioning by using, assessing, and developing insights about peer businesses to inform your recommendations.
- Model the impact of pricing changes.
- Optimize supply chain metrics.
- Study the potential impact of various regulatory changes.
- Collect data on trends and patterns in the industry.
Who You Are
- You are a voracious reader with proven ability to analyze problems from base principles.
- 1+ years of experience in management consulting / investment banking at a Tier 1 firm.
- 1+ years of experience in strategy at a Seed - Series B startup.
- Demonstrated experience with the healthcare market in the United States.
- Highly structured mindset with a strong focus on driving outcomes and turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision.
- Scripting proficiency, you will need to write SQL queries and python scripts along with building models in Excel.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $220,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
