An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, curious and business minded individual to join our Corporate Strategy team in our Bristol, UK hub. The Strategy team works closely with senior leadership and is trusted to solve complex problems that will have an impact on the strategic direction of the business. This individual will lead various project types including market assessments, portfolio analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support Defence and Group Strategic Initiatives
• Support market and competitive assessments to help inform investment decisions
• Obtain a deep understanding of key UK Defence programs and the impact to Group
• Use the art and science of strategy to solve complex business problems
• Support development of formal recommendations to ET members

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade SNBG 7 - 10.
