As a Performance Analyst at Lalamove Brazil, you will be part of the Strategy Team, taking full responsibility for key analyses to ensure the best balance between supply and demand. You will be in charge of providing crucial insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize our supply operations. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analyses, creating actionable reports, and developing strategies that help drive efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our supply chain is well-supported with the right data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
What we seek:
- Monitor cities in real-time during business hours for SOP implementation if necessary (communication dispatch, surcharge adjustment, and manual allocation).
- Ensure that drivers receive weekly missions to increase LTV on our platform through spreadsheet completion and alignment with the Platform Ops team.
- Conduct a review of the main KPIs from the previous week every Monday to prioritize action plans for the week ahead.
- Ensure weekly monitoring of 4WL KPIs to increase wheel type share.
- Weekly analysis results of current supply vs demand growth to align action plans with other teams (Marketing or DOPs).
- Conduct weekly analysis of vehicle types with the greatest impact/fall/deviation from our target.
- Participate in action plans for orders coming from the sales team through our Form.
- Define a weekly communication plan for drivers.
- Monitor driver prices and earnings on other apps.
- Analyze and define pricing proposals for companies with the aim of improving operational results and increasing TV.
What you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel.
- Excellent at visualizing data and extracting key insights that drive business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
