The Experimentation Senior Strategist is an enterprise-impact individual contributor who drives long-term experimentation direction and influences senior leadership decisions. This role operates as a trusted advisor, shaping large-scale initiatives and advancing experimentation maturity across the organization. This role focuses on increasing the long-term value of existing clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze and synthesize large, multi-source datasets to uncover insights.
- Synthesizes complex Empower data to generate actionable insights into customer behaviors and sentiment drivers.
- Influence enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Establishes enterprise-wide approaches to customer behavior and sentiment analysis, shaping long-term strategy and developing organizational capability.
- Provide thought leadership on experimentation methodologies and innovation.
- Advise executives on experimentation insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve experimentation capabilities.
- Ensure experimentation approaches align with enterprise objectives.
- Communicate insights and recommendations at the executive level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation.
- Recognized expertise in experimentation and customer analytics.
- Strong executive presence and influence.
- Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
- Comprehensive, enterprise-level understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer ecosystem, leveraging this insight to shape strategy, priorities, and long-term business outcomes.
