Job DescriptionWhat you'll do
- Develop and execute supplier strategies that support business goals, innovation, resilience, and long-term value creation.
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and key partners.
- Lead supplier governance activities including QBRs, performance reviews, scorecards, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, co-creation, and enhanced customer and colleague experiences through strategic partnerships.
- Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, renewals, risk management, and supplier capacity planning.
- Champion sustainability, supplier diversity, CSR initiatives, and compliance with security, regulatory, and ethical standards.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience within a complex technology environment, ideally with supplier or vendor management responsibility.
- Proven experience managing strategic technology suppliers and outsourced service providers.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, governance, and performance management.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience, with a passion for delivering value through technology partnerships.
