We are searching for a highly motivated Strategic Teardown Analyst Engineer for our team here in Queretaro.

You will be participating in projects, continuous improvement and cost reductions.

This position will report directly to the Production Manager on site.

Experience

1–3 years in manufacturing environments

Experience participating in process improvement, quality, or efficiency initiatives

Experience with product, process, or operational data analysis (scrap, yield, KPIs, etc.)


Requirements

Professional Background

  • Bachelor's Degree on Mechanics, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer
  • Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration
  • 1–3 years in manufacturing environments
  • Experience participating in process improvement, quality, or efficiency initiatives
  • Experience with product, process, or operational data analysis (scrap, yield, KPIs, etc.)
  • Upper-intermediate English (B1/B2)

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (waste elimination, continuous improvement, flow, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management (project tracking, KPIs, activity coordination)
  • Basic understanding of: Manufacturing processes, Quality systems, Operational indicators (OEE, scrap, efficiency, etc.)

Key Skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and products
  • Organization and tracking of multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams

Plus (desirable, not required)

  • Experience with teardown analysis or product benchmarking
  • Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
  • Participation in improvement or cost-reduction projects
