Are you a sourcing strategist who thrives on uncovering exceptional talent and shaping hiring outcomes? Do you see talent sourcing as both an art and a science—leveraging data, tech, and storytelling to connect people with opportunity? If so, we’d love to meet you.

 

As a Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner at Fidelity Investments, you’ll be a key driver of our talent strategy. You’ll lead proactive sourcing efforts across the enterprise, using advanced tools and techniques to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-impact talent. This role offers the opportunity to influence hiring decisions, build inclusive pipelines, and innovate sourcing practices in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment

 

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a track record of success in engaging passive talent.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and engage passive talent across key business areas.
  • Leverage AI-powered platforms (e.g., HireEz, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to uncover hidden talent and market insights.
  • Craft personalized outreach that resonates—via email, phone, text, and social platforms.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to shape sourcing strategies aligned with hiring goals.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing practices by bringing fresh ideas, data-driven insights, and a growth mindset
  • Deep expertise in sourcing tools and platforms, including AI-driven solutions.
  • A consultative approach and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • A passion for inclusive hiring and talent innovation.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
