Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activities.
  • Maintains files, logs, records of invoices, and other related documentation.
  • Act as a data accuracy governor by maintaining information and data on different ERP and procurement systems.
  • May assist buyers and commodity managers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.
  • May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items.
  • Prepares standard requests for quotation.
  • May support on procurement projects – define the gaps, work on enhancements, and perform testing.
  • Become a SME and provide guidelines and best practices to end users.
  • Assignments may require initiative regarding pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions and invoice discrepancies.


Required qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as Microsoft Office with extended knowledge in Excel and Power Point, QlikView and PowerBI.
  • Ability to create clear and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards.
  • Experience in data analytics and with ERP products and productivity software desired.
  • Typical Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of related experience.
