The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Team:
This role will join the RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Partnership’s team as a Sourcing Specialist supporting the Human Resources (HR) category. The Specialist will develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance across HR‑related services in multiple regions. Key areas include recruitment, learning and development, benefits, mobility, compliance, and other professional HR services.
Success in this role requires broad understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement process—from strategic sourcing and negotiation through contract drafting, requisitioning, and purchase order placement. The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR and professional services categories and be able to translate that knowledge into effective contract negotiations and supplier management.
You will be responsible for drafting global HR contracts, optimizing supplier partnerships, and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
This is a Hybrid role, the preferred candidate will be in Farmington, CT but we are also considering candidates that are located near other RTX site locations
What You Will Do
- Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for HR contracts to ensure favorable terms aligned with RTX technical, financial, and performance objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, aligning sourcing activity with strategic priorities.
- Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation and management, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
- Manage partnerships supporting recruitment agencies and headhunters to support global talent acquisition needs.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for learning and development programs, including training providers, leadership development solutions, and e‑learning platforms.
- Oversee supplier relationships related to benefits administration, employee wellness programs, and other HR services.
- Manage relocation and mobility services contracts, including relationships with relocation firms and providers of immigration and expatriate services.
- Create and execute category strategies balancing cost efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and applicable privacy regulations throughout the contracting and supplier engagement process.
- Partner with HR consulting firms and global stakeholders (e.g., Singapore) to support international sourcing requirements.
- Coordinate and lead calls across multiple time zones to support regional HR operations.
- Conduct contract reviews, redlines, and drafting of contract amendments for MTAs, MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, and related documents through to execution.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on contracting, budgeting, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelors Degree
3-5 yrs of services contracts experience. Knowledge of software con-tracts is a plus.
Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
