We are looking for a new colleague to join our team, and to be leading Sourcing Categories within the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations).
Your New Role
Is located geographically at our site in Hillerød, and organizationally anchored in our Global Sourcing & Procurement team. This position supports broadly within the mentioned spend categories, and in maturing our approach to how we source professionally and structured within this significant and growing spend area. You will be taking full ownership of the collaboration with our internal stakeholders, as well as building bridges between our company and our key suppliers. It is a plus to have experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, and if you have worked within an MRO team earlier.
Your area of responsibilities:
- Professionalizing Sourcing & Category Management within your Category.
- Prioritizing and executing sourcing projects and identify cross-site synergies across FDB.
- Market analysis and evaluation of existing and new suppliers.
- Ensuring proper contract coverage for the suppliers under the categories.
- Close interaction with stakeholders to align priorities support the business with relevant advice or action.
- Proactively Manage external business relationships to ensure improvement in performance of the supplier base.
- Be a great team player and contribute to becoming the greatest place to work!
Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess
- MSc in business administration, supply chain management or similar.
- 3-5 years proven experience within Sourcing or Supply Chain – It could be as Sourcing Project Manager, Category Manager, Sourcing Manager, or similar type of roles.
- You have professional proficiency in English. Danish is useful, but not required.
- GxP knowledge and/or MRO experience are preferred.

Your New Team & Department
You will become a part of a very ambitious and relatively new but rapidly developing team, where we are taking ownership of strategic and tactical sourcing aspects for our business - from category strategy development and until implementation at both Global, Regional and Site level. Our team covers all sourcing needs within Direct Spend and Indirect Spend areas.
