Grubhub is looking for someone to join our Integrations Strategy & Ops team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying the most impactful opportunities in the Integrations and Solutions space and ensuring these opportunities are on the appropriate roadmaps. You'll work cross-functionally between product, engineering, partner managers, operations, finance and data to help develop and implement Grubhub's Integrations and Solutions strategy.
The team you will join connects our external facing teams and the partners they work with to our product and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions focused on improving key business metrics. As Grubhub continues to grow, the Integrations and Solutions team will also continue to grow and evolve in how we best support our customers and partners.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves creating new processes and is comfortable working in ambiguous environments, where solutions require creative problem-solving and the ability to pivot as priorities evolve. While not a fully technical role, comfort with APIs and other technical concepts is a plus. Grubhub is a dynamic environment, and your ability to adapt and think strategically will be crucial as this team continues to grow and evolve alongside company and partner needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a larger team effort. You will manage your day-to-day workload efficiently, but also possess the big-picture vision to help us achieve ambitious goals.
The Impact You Will Make:

• Streamlined Integration Roadmap: You will be instrumental in supporting a proactive approach to product and development planning by facilitating the efficient evaluation of new features and enhancements.
• Data-Driven Roadmap: Through your analytical rigor, you will contribute to the development of a clear and consistent roadmap that aligns with business goals and operational strategy.
• Enhanced Project Management : You'll be involved with establishing a system that better integrates technical input into the feature planning process, fostering stronger collaboration and more accurate project planning for the future
• Expand our Reach : Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the growing demands for non-integrated feature requests. You will ensure comprehensive review and prioritization across all areas, fostering a holistic approach to product development.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors preferred or Highschool diploma/equivalent + relevant work experience
• Outstanding, positive attitude
• 3-5+ years of experience in working in a strategic, operational, or analytical role
• Experience with technical concepts and/or management of a large, technical project
• Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Adaptable and able to pivot effectively
• Experience with project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication skills. Good listener, capable of understanding issues and translating them into an appropriate solution, great at delivering feedback
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data, identify trends and draw insightful conclusions to prioritize initiatives
• Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
• Experience with APIs / Restaurant Technology preferred

The base salary range for this position is below.
Boston: $91,000 - $136,000 base salary range
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
