As a Strategic Services Sourcing Manager, you will take the lead in managing negotiations and developing strong business relationships with external Service Supplier companies on behalf of Agilent’s customers. You will be responsible for building effective and profitable agreements, transforming broad concepts into a structured Strategic Services Supplier Management Program.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the solution design of local and multi-partner projects, where Agilent partners with Service Supplier companies to deliver complex, high-impact customer solutions. Your strategic mindset and ability to navigate multifaceted partnerships will be essential to driving value and innovation across our service sourcing initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with Service Providers and Contractors in local country on behalf of our customers.
- Ensuring legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.
- Evaluating supplier performance and leading selection and negotiation processes to improve service levels and margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by having a customer first mindset
- Supporting the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier programs.
- Handling supplier documentation, contracts, and data within your territory.
- Collaborating with Service Sales, Program Managers, and local scheduling teams to maintain accurate supplier information.
- Traveling up to 10 % as required.

Pay Range
Italy:
42.800,00 - 66.875,00 EUR per Annum
