Job Title: Strategic Sales Director - NorAm
Location: Remote - North America (US or Canada)
About the role:
As the NorAm Strategic Sales Director for Assurance Services, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies for enterprise clients and strategic accounts across the United States and Canada. Your efforts will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term partnerships with clients while positioning BSI as a trusted advisor.
This leadership role is integral in overseeing sales operations, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies while focused on driving client acquisition, business development, and customer relationship management.
In your day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales and revenue growth by securing high-value contracts and expanding relationships with enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to address market dynamics and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while effectively representing BSI at meetings and events.
- Lead GTM strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client outcomes.
- Set and monitor clear performance metrics to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds targets.
- Identify emerging market trends and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experienced in managing strategic accounts and regional sales operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing major accounts through consultative sales and long-term client relationships.
- Expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and optimizing resource allocation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office for data analysis and decision-making.
- Knowledge of North American market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Bilingual in French is desirable but not essential.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position can range from $121,500.00 - $162,000.00 USD or $119,250 - $159,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
