【We need to count on you to / 主な業務内容】
ストラテジックリスクコンサルティングサービスの提供
- 事業継続マネジメント（BCM）、エンタープライズリスクマネジメント（ERM）、緊急対応、危機管理・広報、海外安全危機管理などリスクコンサルティングサービスの実施
- 具体的には、事業継続計画（BCP）レビュー・新規策定支援、BCP／危機管理教育・訓練の提供、リスクの洗い出しや評価、リスク対応施策立案・導入支援・リスクマネジメントプログラム構築支援など
【What you need to have / 求める経験スキル】
- リスクマネジメント体制構築支援のコンサルティング経験（ERM、BCM）、または 事業会社におけるリスクマネジメント体制構築、導入・運用の経験
- チーム（プロジェクトマネジャー/メンバー問わず）でプロジェクトをすすめた経験
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
- PC：MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint中級以上

- 英語力：上級レベル、海外留学/駐在経験者

Skills Required
- Consulting experience supporting risk management framework implementation (ERM, BCM) or in-house risk management implementation and operations
- Experience working on projects in a team (as project manager or member)
- Business-level English
- MS Excel (intermediate or higher)
- MS Word (intermediate or higher)
- MS PowerPoint (intermediate or higher)
- Experience at Big4 or equivalent consulting firm
- Advanced English / overseas study or assignment experience
- Relevant certifications (DRII, BCI, ISO22301 auditor, BCAO, CISA, CISSP, System Auditor, Disaster Prevention Specialist)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Logical thinking, critical thinking and strong execution ability
- Willingness to learn quickly and leverage global networks
