Why this role matters

This role helps strengthen the execution of integrated strategic initiatives at a time when organizations are under growing pressure to improve workforce resilience, manage people-related risk, and connect rewards and people strategies to business results. Marsh research highlights that organizations with more advanced risk maturity outperform peers in managing talent- and workforce-related risks, and that strong communication of employee rewards and benefits, employee listening, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning are all associated with stronger outcomes. Marsh research also notes that leading rewards functions are shifting from administration toward strategic impact by focusing on business metrics, ROI, cross-functional collaboration, and executive engagement. This role is designed to help operationalize that shift.
