This position can be based anywhere in the United States.
The candidate will lead our efforts around Fractional Risk Management outsourcing including owning and enhancing the services we offer, managing the team of consultants and contractors who deliver to ensure excellence in delivery, and overseeing projects to ensure profitability and accelerated growth. This leader will also work across our entire Risk Consulting team to engage a range of specialists to support risk management, risk control, and risk financing (to include traditional, captive, and alternative risk teams) for our clients. The advisor will leverage our Analytics teams to design and deploy solutions customized to each client’s needs, including but not limited to risk management strategy design and deployment, risk program optimization, and deployment of suite of tools to reduce client total cost of risk (TCOR).

At least 15 years of risk management and consulting experience focused on reducing Total Cost of Risk.
