We are now looking for an experienced Strategic Projects Manager to join our Operations team.
💪🏻 What You'll DoProject Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance (e.g., workflow automation, onboarding redesign, partner playbook development).
Process Design & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and implement tools to streamline operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Partnerships Teams to align initiatives and ensure smooth handovers.
Data & Reporting: Define project success metrics, track performance, and report insights back to leadership.
Tooling & Systems: Support the rollout of new systems (e.g., NetSuite implementation, CRM automation).
🔎 Must-have:
Experience::
○ 1-2 years at consultancy companies.
○ OR Engineer/Project Management background (+3 years of experience)Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with both leadership and frontline teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PPT (Google Sheet)
Language skills: Advanced level of Spanish & English
